Sometimes clients request significant changes and additions to a Rendering
which require additional charges.
Structural charges: $0.8 per Sq.Ft.-----Roofing: $15.00- $40.00 if a complexed roof style.

Our Clients: Architects, Builders, Home owners, Realtors........
> Proofs will be shown to client during the design process. After proofing is
complete and all changes are made and finalized by the client. Then the
Rendering will be Generated in Corel-Draw which makes it an image.
Changes "cannot" be made after this process is completed in Corel. If a change (MUST) be made
after this process is done, the client then will be billed for original render. Plus a newly revised
Rendering. ( which will be charged accordingly)
Proofing should be done carefully.
(ALL CHANGES MUST BE MADE BEFORE FINAL RENDERING IS DONE.)
